Max was a good boy, one of the goodest boys in fact. For example, on Tuesdays he would cook a roast dinner for the fam and even clean up afterwards. His favourite possession was his custom yellow frisbee which said Max on it because that was his name. He got it for his birthday one year and pretty much everyday he would play frisbee. Most days he would go down the beach with his buddies and jump around playing frisbee and swimming and whatnot. Sometimes when his buddies where busy he would go down the park by himself and throw the frisbee into the wind and catch it and repeat etc. So anyway that’s a little bit about Max the Labradoodle. What a good boy.

The story of Simmo the Strawberry 🍓
As Simmo woke up one Monday morning to head to work as a PE teacher he noticed something different about himself. Overnight he had a grown a healthy moustache which was odd because never before had he been able to grow any facial hair because he was a strawberry and that’s just not what they do. But today was different and be felt like a new strawberry and on the way into work on the train he noticed people taking notice of his lush moustache and it made him feel good. When he got to work the principal saw him and told him he had to shave the moustache because moustaches were banned at school. So he did because he really needed that job as he had lots of credit card debt that he needed to pay off. The End.

The story of Benny, Teddy and Lenny the Flamingos
Once there was three flamingos called Benny, Teddy and Lenny and they were brothers and their mum was called Donna and they had a pet turtle called Mirtle. The three flamingo brothers were pretty good at hacky sack. Every arvo after school they would play hacky sack in their backyard for hours and they could do all the hacky sack tricks like that one where you stall it between your shoulder blades. They competed in the WBHSL (Warners Bay Hacky Sack League) every Saturday and their team name was The Flamingo Bros and they were quite competitive although they never could beat the Bin Chicken Bandits.
One time they got in the Guinness World Records Book for kicking the hacky sac 51,156 times over 7 hours 1 minute and 38 seconds (look it up it’s a true story). They even got their photos in the local paper, the Newcastle Herald and they were pretty chuffed about that. The article’s still on the fridge.

The story of Cash the Koala and Craig the Cockie
There was these best buds called Cash the Koala and Craigo the Cockie. Every morning they would take Craigo’s dads boat out and go wake boarding down Southwest Arm. They would perform sweet manoeuvres like the head bop back flip where they would do a backflip and whilst doing the backflip bop their head in the water. Craigo reckons he invented it. Sometimes they would get Craigo’s dad up early to drive the boat so they could do double wake boarding at the same time and do dangerous manoeuvres like doing flips over each other’s heads and stuff. One time they set a jump up and did a huge whip and Cash did an air over the whole of the Lilli Pilli sandbar. They even got it on camera and put it on YouTube and it got pretty good likes.

The story of Cupcake Kaylee
Once there was a special cupcake called Kaylee and she was very special because she was born with purple icing which is a very rare thing in the cupcake world. She was also the owner operator of a successful dog washing and beauty styling salon called ‘Sparkling Pooches’. It was one of the most popular dog salons in Cupcake Town and won many awards one of which was ‘Best dog washing and beauty salon in Cup Cake town for 2016’. She hasn’t won in a few years but that doesn’t stop her from displaying her certificate on the wall by the entrance in the salon. Anyhow, along the way she married Cupcake Carl and had a baby cupcake called Cupcake Chuck. When she had Chuck she got the cherry on top and that’s how you know she’s a mum because all mum cupcakes have a cherry on top.

Once there was this dove called Delphine the Dove and she was the most beautiful dove that had ever existed. In her prime she appeared on all the covers of all the dove magazines in the land and also some fragrance commercials. She was heaps different to the normal doves because she wasn’t the traditional white colour but was colourful with sweet patterns like a peacock but even better. It was said that she got her fantastical patterns and colours over the summer holidays one year when she flew through a rainbow and then crash landed in a pot of gold because the rainbow particles got in her eyeball. A leprechaun named Shamus nursed her back to health and ever since she had wonderful patterns and colours and made sure to wear sunglasses in case she ever flew into a rainbow again.

The story of Pojo the Pig
Once there was this pig called Joe the Pig and when he was six years old he discovered a pogo stick under his house. It was his dad’s old pogo stick and it had been under the house ever since the day his dad had broken both his ankles attempting to pogo jump off the garage roof onto the trampoline. After Joe found the pogo stick he started pogoing around on it and it turned out he had a bit of a talent for it and he loved it so much that he pretty much pogo’d everywhere that he went. His friends started calling him Pojo and he started to compete in competitions and get pretty good scores. Then when he was thirteen he discovered skateboarding and he liked it more than pogoing so he stopped pogoing and just did skateboarding instead.

The story of Ernie the Eagle 🦅
One time there was this eagle called Ernie the Eagle and he was green like an avocado but that was where the similarities ended. He was a kind hearted eagle and every day he would pick a flower on his way to school and give it to someone and say a kind word to them. Onetime there was another eagle by the name of Eugine the Upside Down eagle and he was sneaking behind Ernie whilst Ernie was giving a flower to Maggie the Magpie. But that’s cool that was classic Eugine.
The story of The Fruity Ping Pong Crew
Once there was this bunch of friends and they travelled from Fruitland to study environmental studies in Sydney. They stayed in some sweet student accomodation that had heaps of sweet art on it and there was a sweet buffet where you could eat heaps of delish food all the time and one time there was a mad pizza party and there was so much pizza that not everyone could eat it and there was this mad dance crew teaching everyone funky new moves and everyone played ping pong and ate pizza and had the sweetest time. Anyhow, they went pretty good in their studies and eventually all grew sweet stashes and were the toast of the town. They played ping pong nearly every day and got heaps good, so good in fact that they travelled around Australia competing in ping pong tournaments and often placing in the top ten. One time they even placed 2nd because a bunch of other teams like the Bad Kitties and the Muffin Muffin Men had food poisoning.
