Does Mulga do private commisions?

How much is shipping?

FREE shipping for Australian orders over $100. And $10 Flat rate for Australian orders under $100 (Mulga Sticker Packs are the exception – Half price shipping! $5) . Mulga now ships international! $30 Flat rate shipping world wide. For our free shipping option for Australian orders please check the box at the checkout when your order is over $100, if you have any queries regarding shipping charges please feel free to contact us on the email below.

 

How long does Shipping take?

Generally our orders are shipped within 1-5 business days depending on stock availability, if you require your order urgently please email sarah@mulgatheartist.com.au and we will do our best to get it out to you as quickly as possible. Please note custom orders such as canvases and lightboxes are made to order and as such take 1-2 weeks to arrive, please be mindful of this when ordering these items.

 

Does my order come with tracking?

Yes all orders come with tracking, once your order has been packed, you will receive a “Completed Order” email, this means your order is ready to be shipped, within 24hours of this you should also receive an email and/or text message from Australia Post Parcel Post with your parcel tracking details. If for some reason you have not received a tracking number for your order please just let us know and we can chase it up for you.

 

Can you send my order as gift?

We sure can! we will even gift wrap it for you free of charge! please comment in the notes section of your order if you would like it gift wrapped and let us know if you would like a personalised note from you included in the delivery.

 

Can I exchange my order if its not right?

Yes we happily exchange within 30 days (excludes underwear/swimwear* and custom orders**), please ensure the item/s are in original condition, unworn, unmarked, unwashed with all  original tags attached.  Your return must meet these requirements and be in re-saleable condition to be eligible for an exchange.

We are unable to offer cash refunds for change of mind, but will happily exchange items or alternatively offer a credit note/gift certificate valid for 12 months that can be used in store or online.

*Unfortunately we are unable to exchange on underwear or swimwear due to health regulations, all sizing information is listed in the product profile to help you make the correct decision. **We are unable to exchange on custom orders such as canvases and light boxes and any other custom item orders as they are made specifically to order for you, if you have any questions please feel free to contact us.
