Does Mulga do private commissions?
Yes he does, you can email Mulga direct for a quote for private commissions, live painting events, murals and collaborations firstname.lastname@example.org
To speed up the quoting process please include as many details as possible (photos, measurements, location and what you would like painted).
When and where is your next pop-up shop or market stall?
Unfortunately due to Covid-19 all our markets, fairs and pop-up stores booked for 2020 have been cancelled. You'll find us online for the remainder of 2020 and we are hopeful things will return to normal for 2021. Thank you for supporting our small business!
How much is Shipping?
Australian orders: FREE shipping for orders over $99. And $9 flat rate shipping for orders under $99, all parcels include tracking when available. FREE shipping on all original Mulga artworks Australia wide.
International orders: $30 flat rate shipping (Original artworks international Shipping is $150 flat rate). If you are ordering from Japan please order direct from Mulga the Artist Japan via www.mulgatheartist.netPlease note that some international customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or customs charges depending on your location and your countries laws and regulations. Mulga the Artist is not responsible for any additional taxes or customs charges in relation to your order. If you are unsure please contact your local customs office to clarify how your order could be affected.
How long does Shipping take?
Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days depending on stock availability (Excludes canvases, please see below). Once your order has shipped, Australia post estimates 2-5 business days to arrive.
International orders can take from 1-4 weeks to arrive depending on your location. Please note canvas orders are custom made overseas and can take to 3-4 weeks to arrive, please be mindful of this when ordering canvases
Does my order come with tracking?
Yes tracking is included when available, once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and/or text message with your tracking details. If for some reason you have not received a tracking number for your order please just let us know and we can chase it up for you.
Can you send my order as gift?
Yes we will even gift wrap it for you free of charge! please comment in the notes section of your order if you would like it gift wrapped and let us know if you would like a personalised note from you included in the delivery.
Can I exchange my order if its not right?
Yes we happily exchange within 30 days (excludes custom orders*), please ensure the item/s are in original condition, unworn, unmarked, unwashed with all original tags attached. Your return must meet these requirements and be in re-saleable condition to be eligible for an exchange.
If your unable to find a suitable product at the time to exchange, we offer a credit note for the value of your return valid for 12 months that can be used in store or online. Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds.
* We are unable to exchange on custom orders such as canvases and any other custom item orders as they are made specifically to order for you, if you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone.
