Does Mulga do private commissions?

How much is Shipping?
Australian orders: FREE shipping for orders over $99. And $9 flat rate shipping for orders under $99, all parcels include tracking when available. Express shipping is $20 flat rate. FREE shipping on all original Mulga artworks Australia wide.
International orders: $25 flat rate shipping world wide (excludes original artworks). Please contact us for a quote to ship original Mulga artworks safely overseas
How long does Shipping take?
Shipping times: Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days depending on stock availability (Excludes canvases, please see below). Once your order has shipped, Australia post estimates 2-5 business days to arrive. Express Post is estimated at 1-2 business days.
If you require your order urgently please choose Express shipping at the checkout, and we will get it to you as quickly as possible.
International orders can take from 1-4 weeks to arrive depending on your location. Please note canvas orders are custom made and take 1-2 weeks to arrive, please be mindful of this when ordering canvases
Does my order come with tracking?
Yes tracking is included when available, once your order has been packed, you will receive a “Completed Order” email, this means your order is ready to be shipped, within 24hours of this you should also receive an email and/or text message from Australia Post Parcel Post with your parcel tracking details. If for some reason you have not received a tracking number for your order please just let us know and we can chase it up for you.
Can you send my order as gift?
Yes we will even gift wrap it for you free of charge! please comment in the notes section of your order if you would like it gift wrapped and let us know if you would like a personalised note from you included in the delivery.
Can I exchange my order if its not right?
Yes we happily exchange within 30 days (excludes custom orders*), please ensure the item/s are in original condition, unworn, unmarked, unwashed with all original tags attached. Your return must meet these requirements and be in re-saleable condition to be eligible for an exchange.
If your unable to find a suitable product at the time to exchange, we offer a credit note for the value of your return valid for 12 months that can be used in store or online. Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds.
* We are unable to exchange on custom orders such as canvases and any other custom item orders as they are made specifically to order for you, if you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our newsletter and to personalise your shopping experience with us.
