Returns/Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Mulga goodies! If for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date (please read below for eligibility and exclusions).

Eligibility

  • Full-price items* are eligible for a refund, exchange, or credit note.
  • Sale* items are eligible for an exchange or credit note only (no refunds). Items marked FINAL SALE are final sale and therefore are not eligible for return/exchange).
  • Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, unmarked, with all original tags attached.
  • Your return must meet these requirements to be processed.
  • *Exclusions: We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on Art Prints, Framed prints and Canvases (as they all are custom made to order). 

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • For exchanges, we cover the shipping cost of the replacement item sent back to you.
